Brent Simon is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and a two-time honoree on Inc. Magazine’s list of the “5,000 Fastest Growing Companies in America.”
He began his career in software development after graduating from Brandeis University and went on to co-invent patented technology (U.S. Patent 8,825,765) in the field of Cross-Platform Gaming.
After earning his MBA from Cornell University, Brent founded Dental Care, a Dental Support Organization that built and operated healthcare facilities serving hundreds of dentists and their teams across multiple states. While Dental Care’s mission centered on improving the lives of patients, team members, and communities through dentistry, Brent found his greatest interest in the design, development, and construction of the physical spaces.
In 2017, he founded East 11th Partners, a real estate investment and development firm focused on creating high-quality, thoughtfully designed spaces that generate long-term value for both investors and the communities they serve. With a strategic approach to location, design, and execution, East 11th Partners has earned a reputation for delivering projects that are as functional as they are impactful.
“East 11th Partners is more than just a real estate investment company. We see ourselves as long-term partners in every community where we invest—committed to enhancing the built environment and giving back through volunteer efforts, support of social service organizations, and local engagement.”
